The average high for Scottsdale in January is 68°F°F and the average low is 57°F.  Meeting room temperatures tend to vary.  Please bring a light sweater or jacket to all meetings. 

The attire is business casual. Sweaters and jackets are recommended for the evening as temperatures will drop. 

To take advantage of the group rate discount all members from the same company must register at the same time. To do so, select "Register another person" on the Summary Page during registration. Once all attendees have been added to the order, the discount will automatically be applied on the last page of check out.

Guests are welcome to attend all the receptions as well as the dinner on Tuesday night. Guests are also encouraged to attend the Welcome Breakfast on Monday morning. A concierge will be there to spotlight things to do in the area. Breakfast will be open late if guests would like to stay, or they can attend the General Session. Guests may participate in the optional event or golf but that does require additional payment and can be added to the order during the registration process.
