Approval for participation in the MCA Metal Roofing Certification is based on application showing your company meets the criteria and agrees with the program requirements.  

 

Download, read and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). 

 

Download the application, fill in necessary fields, including payment information.

An MCA representative will verify qualifications from your MoU, and return a counter-signed copy to you via the email you provided with the application.

 

If you provide material to a mobile rollformer, and wish to name them in your certification, you will next provide a list of the coil processors your company uses, using this form

 

Next, review the quality control requirements and complete the Quality Control (QC) reference table

 

You will either have your third-party auditor fill out the QC reference table and sign it, or if you are eligible to self-certify (see MoU), you may alternatively have a designated corporate officer fill it in and sign it.

You will need to provide a sample of an actual material test report (MTR) for the material you use to fabricate each product covered by the certification.

 

Email the completed and signed QC document and MTR to info@metalconstruction.org

 

Upon payment confirmation, receipt of the signed QC table, and approval of sample MTR(s), your company will be issued a certificate and add the company’s name to MCA’s list of certified products and named coil processors.
