Generations communicating and working together well doesn’t happen magically; it takes awareness and effort. About the Host

Samantha Smith is a life-enrichment educator, mindfulness coach and motivational speaker. She facilitates workshops in the U.S., Europe and Asia on all topics related to healthy living: mental, physical and relational.

Samantha graduated from the University of Southern California and Smith College in Massachusetts where she studied and conducted research in the field of psychology and subsequently worked as a psychotherapist for 12 years and as an on-site EAP counselor for a Fortune 100 company. Samantha has consulted with organizations assisting in the development & implementation of tailor-made mindfulness initiatives.

More recently, Samantha has been partnering with Cigna International in Europe and Asia to present mindfulness and stress management workshops and form a part of Cigna International’s Stress Advisory Panel.
