Architectural Parking Garage Screen on Display at The Domain

Domain 9 is an 18-story Class A office building that can be found in the center of the already established mixed-use Domain community in Austin. As one of four new landmark towers, the design had to be inspired by other buildings in the area and needed to fit the upscale and modern feel of its surrounding environment. This need not only included creating a stunning building, but also for KSC to craft a 75,200 SF parking garage screen that would complement the tower. 

KSC was able to assist in making the vision for this building come to life by using 3D Scanning & BIM to create detailed designs for a custom garage screen composed of aluminum composite, stainless steel, and perforated panel systems to elevate the aesthetic of the piece.

KSC was an integral partner in designing, fabricating, and installing the architectural screen utilized for this project that is now a stunning addition to The Domain and the growing Austin business hub.
